Flight Tax Systems (FTS) Expands Product Offerings to Include Site License Versions
Flight Tax Systems, LLC has expanded its product offerings to include private branded site license versions for organizations who have multiple aircraft-owner clients, such as CPA and law firms. Designed by aviation tax professionals, the web-based software simplifies tax reporting for business aircraft owners and operators.
Flight Tax Systems (FTS) is a sophisticated software application designed for aircraft owners and operators to track the tax-related activities of their aircraft. Flight Tax Systems, LLC is a division of Wolcott & Associates, P.A., an aviation dedicated firm of CPAs and professionals helping clients to identify, protect and preserve tax deductions for their aircraft. Initially developed by the company as an internal alternative to traditional "spreadsheet" calculation methods, it quickly became apparent that other firms could benefit from the robust features and capabilities of the software.
The intuitive, user-friendly aviation tax management software allows tax professionals to track, monitor and report on client aircraft use in compliance with IRS reporting, deductions and substantiation regulations. Site licenses can accommodate any size firm, including those with multiple offices and users. Each site license includes a private database and login branded with the firms company logo, administrative functionality, password-controlled access levels, client activity reports and all of the robust features of the Flight Tax Systems Enterprise version.
FTS is dedicated to providing owners and operators with accurate aircraft flight information for preparing tax returns and defending the aircraft on audit. The company will be exhibiting at the upcoming NBAA Morristown Regional Forum in September, as well as NBAA’s National Conference October 10 – 12 in Las Vegas, NV.
