FL Sales Tax Update: Message from Florida Aviation Business Association President
Greetings all.
As an update, we are pleased to report that the aircraft lien law revision bill has passed the Florida Senate Rules Committee and has now completely passed the Florida House of Representatives. The next step is for the bill to hopefully pass the Senate and make its way to the Governor.
With respect to the bill for partial repeal of sales tax for aircraft we remain hopeful that the measure will be included in the tax package. Again, it is vitally important for all FABA members to email their legislators. Please take the time to click below to directly email to your representatives that you support the partial repeal of the sales tax as related to aircraft.
